Hasta que descubrí que, el secreto para que salga el Chocoflan, está en hacerlo en dos partes y en seguir los pasos al pie de la letra.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;He aquí la receta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Chocoflan (alias "El Imposible")&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes para hacer la parte de chocolate:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.oetker.de/oetker/file/ascr-4h9cjj.de.0/brownies.gif"&gt;&lt;img style="MARGIN: 0px 10px 10px 0px; WIDTH: 93px; FLOAT: left; HEIGHT: 145px; CURSOR: hand" border="0" alt="" src="http://www.oetker.de/oetker/file/ascr-4h9cjj.de.0/brownies.gif" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;1 caja de harina preparada Dr Oetker para hacer Brownies &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 huevos&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;100 gr de mantequilla (en vez de aceite, como dice en la caja)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;50 ml de leche entera (en vez de agua)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Procedimiento para hacer la parte del chocolate:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;En un molde para pastel redondo, se engrasa ligeramente o se le pone papel para hornear. Se pre-calienta el horno a 140ºC (aire caliente).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Se abre la mezcla de harina Dr Oetker para hacer brownies, se pone en un recipiente grande y se mezcla con batidora con los tres huevos, la mantequilla de preferencia bien derretida y con la leche, hasta que no queden grumos.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Se vacía sobre el molde y se hornea durante 40 minutos.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Una vez terminada la parte del chocolate, se saca del horno y se deja enfríar a parte.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ingredientes para hacer la parte del flan: &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;1 ¼ tazas (310 gr. de azúcar)&lt;br /&gt;4 tazas (1 litros) de leche&lt;br /&gt;1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla&lt;br /&gt;una pizca de sal&lt;br /&gt;4 huevos&lt;br /&gt;3 yemas de huevo&lt;br /&gt;½ cucharadita de maicena&lt;br /&gt;1 cucharada de agua fría.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Procedimiento:&lt;br /&gt;Precalentar el horno a 180°C (350° F). Poner ¾ de taza (185 grs.) del azúcar en sartén de paredes gruesas a fuego mediano. Mover constantemente hasta que se disuelva el azúcar y tome un color dorado.&lt;br /&gt;Vaciar en un molde (redondo) con capacidad de 1 ½ litro. Ladear el molde para que el caramelo cubra también las paredes. Reservarlo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vaciar en una cacerola la leche, ½ taza (125 grs.) de azúcar, la vainilla y la sal, y ponerla al fuego hasta que hierva. Bajar el fuego y dejar que se cueza a fuego lento, sin tapar, durante 10 minutos o hasta que la leche se reduzca a la mitad. Retirar el fuego, tapar para que se mantenga caliente y reservar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Batir ligeramente los huevos y las yemas en un recipiente grande. Añadir la maicena disuelta en el agua fría. Agregar poco a poco la leche caliente sin dejar de mover. Colar la mezcla y pasarla al molde bañado de caramelo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cubrir el molde con un papel de aluminio y colocarlo sobre un recipiente para horno con 2 a 3 cm. de agua hirviendo. Poner en el horno entre 35 y 40 minutos o hasta que al meter un cuchillo en el centro salga seco.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dejar enfriar el flan durante 30 minutos a temperatura ambiente y refrigerarlo (de preferencia toda la noche). Incorpora las aceitunas y las alcaparras. Deja espesar un poco. Ahora, precalienta el horno 180ºC.&lt;br /&gt;Coloca en un refractario previamente engrasado una cama de papa y luego el pescado. Baña con la salsa y hornea de 10 a 15 minutos hasta que el pescado este listo. Posteriormente mezcla el atún, el concentrado de carne, la fécula de maíz, dos huevos, mezcla bien y añade el perejil el queso y la papa. Mezcla con las manos muy bien y haz unos bollitos del tamaño de una albóndiga aproximadamente, dándole forma ovalada. Pásalos por la fécula de maíz, revuélcalos en huevo y pásalos por cacahuates.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fríe en aceite muy caliente y cuando tengan un ligero color dorado sácalos del aceite. Rebana las papas muy delgadas, enjuágalas y agrégalas a la mezcla de cebollas, hasta que obtengan un color transparente. Aparte calienta el aceite y fríe la carne hasta que dore. Agrega el refresco, el jugo y cáscaras de naranja y el agua. Deja en la lumbre hasta que se haya cocido moviendo constantemente para que no se pegue. Una vez que suene la válvula, agregar el de puré de tomate, consomé, clavo, canela, pasitas, chile jalapeño, vinagre, manzana, plátano macho y agua. Agregar las papas anteriormente precocidas sobre la cama de cebolla, agregar la crema, el jamón y hierbas al gusto. Tapar el sartén y dejar que la válvula silbe a fuego medio. Las milanesas de res se les pondrá un poco de sal y pimienta ( al gusto ). Y se irán acomodando en la sarten. A un término medio, se le incorporará 2 cebollas blancas en rebanadas, 4 jitomates en rebanadas, 2 chile dulce o morrones verdes en rebanadas y por último un poco de salsa inglesa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;El guisado se tapará y pondrá a fuego lento hasta que la carne quede en su jugo. Cuando esto suceda se le incorporará 3 o 4 papas en rebanadas . Se tapará y esperará a que la papa quede cocida.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nota adicional.&lt;br /&gt;Este platillo se debe realizar en 40 minutos aprox. Mezcle 800 gramos de carne molida (de preferencia sirloin, por ser baja en grasa) en el sartén con 2 huevos.&lt;br /&gt;B. Añada sal y pimienta al gusto (se recomienda media cucharadita de sal y cuarta de pimienta).&lt;br /&gt;C. Ahora agregue una zanahoria y una cebolla previamente ralladas finamente. (Utilice el cono número uno de la maquina de ensaladas).&lt;br /&gt;D. Añada a la mezcla una taza de salsa de tomate (catsup) y una de avena.&lt;br /&gt;E. Agregue 100 de nuez picada.&lt;br /&gt;F. Mezcle muy bien todos estos ingredientes y distribuya bien toda la mezcla en la base del sartén.&lt;br /&gt;G. Ponga todo ello a fuego medio, con la válvula abierta y al silbar reduzca la temperatura a fuego mínimo y cierre la válvula.&lt;br /&gt;H. Cocine a temperatura mínima por catorce minutos más.&lt;br /&gt;I.
